I see noaa says water temp is 45 of Rochester and 71 central lake bouy is there any lake bouy data for Oswego area ? Lake Champlain has a data buoy that you can see temp all the way to the bottom . THANKS

Thanks rolmops but unless i am missing something on that site i am looking for a lake temp data buoy i see its got wind speed but no wave higth or temp .

You are right. The data on that buoy is very limited. It does however come with a map that has yellow squares on it .You can drag that map around to see other areas of the lake. If you click on those squares, it will give you all the local data for the place where the square is located.

Go on coastal watch and get the satellite surface temp map if that's what you are looking for 

 

I did this morning before I went out because I heard lake flipped and made my decision to go off shore .
