Pondering to sneak out tonight after sons football, lake looked good, storms passed, ran up for a couple quick hrs. Started in 200, 45 degrees 90 ft down. 4/4 . Heavy current as you could imagine with temps. Stayed within 250ft. Meat, flys. IMG_0528.JPG

Nice work Mike! I'm jealous... wanted to go all day but the storms kept rolling through here...you have a great situation being close enough to get out relatively quickly and get after them when you get the chance. Good going bud.

Sunday was slower for us compared to friday. We did boat three largest 22 lbs.Seemed the best bite was around 240.Temp gauge was acting up .#300 copper and prochip on dipseys took the kings, seemed the brighter the colors worked best.

One good run ending in bringing in a 24 in laprey

It rained early but the rest of our trip was sun and light winds, few flies and fleas to contend with,

Where are the fisherman ???,first weekend and a handful of boats.

I think the weather (and report) scared off a lot of folks that trailer there from a distance John.
