5 mph within 1000 ft?

Could not find anything saying that the 5 mph within 1000 ft was lifted? Anyone know?

 

Going to Wellsley island later this week and if I have to stay below 5 mph within 1000 ft of shore it will take a long time to get anywhere.

It was in effect at Sodus Point yesterday and the Coast Guard and Sheriff were out there enforcing it.

Its 300ft up there. Or at least it was 3 weeks ago.

They took the sign down on the road going to the Mexico launch prolly 3 weeks ago now. If it's still active in Mexico nobody was abiding by it when I was out there Sunday.

Seen in the news the idle restriction was lifted today it's now a voluntary 500 feet from shore that was for Wayne county
