Trolling Controller for Tohatsu MFS20C

Dear All: I am looking for a trolling control module for the Tohatsu kicker, model MFS20C. Can anyone please tell me which, if any, trolling controller is a match for this specific motor, especially if anyone actually installed one?

i assume you're referring to a throttle controller. call joel at itroll. he may not have your specific motor listed on the website, but he would know if another fit kit would fit it. super nice guy, and the itroll is the best unit out there.

I've had the Trollmaster for 10 years on a Mercury 9.9hp kicker. Nothing fancy but vary reliable and IMO perfect for  trolling.

Yes @stinger, thanks. Their response was like "if you motor has the same connections as the smaller Tohatsus, the 214 model may work"... I just with someone had the actual experience with a particular controller/motor. Thanks again

Thank you Sk8man. I did this, but no luck. There are no parts there that clearly indicate what is compatible and what is not. So unless someone has actual experience, my understanding is that the best chance is this module... TM214HWKIT

The only difference in the engine kits is the mounting bracket for the servo. Nessan/Tohatsu make the Mercury smaller outboard engines. That is why the same kit number is used on several different engines.Take a look at the picture for the TM214HWKIT kit and see if that looks the same as your engine. 

What the mounting bracket does is hold the servo inline with the throttle linkage so the servo arm can pull the throttle to increase/decrease  speed.
