Ok so boats making the 3hr trip North this week for it's winter home at Mr.Hank's place. Going to fish Saturday if the weather cooperates (cross your fingers for me) where should I start we are coming up Friday after work and staying in Webster willing to fish anywhere within a hour or so from there. Browns are top of my list but wife and friends wife really wanna hook a salmon (, preferably a silver one lol). Looking for any pointers ....No fish hawk yet so going blind lol.

Mine and wife's 7th aniversery this weekend too so if ya got any good idea for a Sunday morning adventure I'm all ears too can't fish both days lol.

Northeast going to southeast is what it looks like now. With a little luck it turns south sooner than later.
If it’s doable Browns will be in tight, 30 is, maybe tighter.
Welcome to PM me as it gets closer.

Well went out of sodus bay. Started in 60' caught a quick Steelie on rigger and spoon down 30' never touched another rod bit didn't get skunked at least lol. Slow fishing and bumpy out there today. But overall nice last day on the water for us. Hopefully in the stand Sunday afternoon.

your lucky you got a steelie.Up here when the wind blows east or ne as hard it did today few fish are caught.I did see some nice fish last week in 40 ft but everything has changed since.I did great in the harbor tossing a glow green cleo friday but skunk today

Sunday is supposed to be windy offshore so beware of deep water.I would concentrate around the piers at sodus as its a good spot for late kings and browns. The green cleo also took a nice 25 lb off my dock last week, saw another king taken in the harbor yesterday

Good luck

The season is over for me now. Hopefully do a few trips up here in the spring but for now time to sit in the trees again. Good luck for the rest of your season. And thank you to the guys who reached out with pointers.
