Baby Doctors

Just wondering anybody out there ever run the 6" baby spin doctors, and how did they work for you?

The orange flavors are probably the best coho medicine I've found in a long time. They worked very well for us and Team Vision Quest last year in the Niagara ProAm. Team them up with Sigg's Rigs "Coho Candy" in blue or blue/green. I run them on 5 and 10 color cores as well as my divers.

Paul, how long of a leader between the fly and doctor.? I have some but havn't tried them yet.

I use these quite often too! Although, I have never tried the orange ones for the coho. I like to run these off my SWR, and this rig helped me place at Sodus this past year.

Scott, 15 to 20 inches seems to work fine. I haven't found one "perfect" length for the baby doctors--if its going to work it just works.

I've used the smallest ones, I think 4 inch? They work very well, especially with small whole bait. 12 inch leader. The biggest challenge is getting the other guys on the boat to believe.
