double snell rigs

Am in the process of trying some fly rigs and can't quite remember the way i did it.

must be getting old. can anyone help, tks in advance. I need info on the way to double snell them.

thanks for the replys. the fishdoctors was a little different than i remember but i really like it, it quite easy to tie. tks tom for the new lin
