With the warm forecast for Tuesday, I am thinking of another last trip to Lake Ontario. I have not fished the lake this late. I will going to be launching out of Fair Haven. Your thoughts and suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

What's my chances of finding Steelhead?

The lake temp is all the same now and it would be hard to pin point them.  A big number of them are in the tribs.

this time of year  a lot of steelhead are in the tribs to eat eggs more than spawn so  they will come and go a lot especially in the smaller tribs so while a little hit and miss the near shore lake fishing for bows can be fantastic.

60 MPH winds predicted for Wednesday. Water levels will  change and shoreline damage expected. Just towing your boat trailer is hazardous.

Fishing browns is your safe bet. Going offshore and trying to find late November Kings would be something not many have done. I'd assume if you found the bait you could get into some Salmon. Might be a deep bite.

The weather was beautiful.  The water was flat and dirty. I ran a sonar past in the bay and it was full of fish. We trolled the lake for 3 hours did not mark a fish. I ran east of the inlet in 10 to 40ft fow for 3 hours. Landed one small salmon on a small blue/white spoon. The picture shows most of the spoons I dropped.  Your thoughts are appreciated.

I used three riggers and 2 cores from 2/3/4. I also run a rapula in the tail gunner.
