I-Bay 1/27/09

Fished from 10:00 am till dark, thought maybe they would be hitting before the front moves in so i Tried just north of Newport blow boat club caught several 5-6 inch perch on a flo green Swedish pimple tipped with waxes could not get any big ones to bite but the ones that i did catch all hit hard witch was nice to see for a change drilled many holes but only dinks were home so for the last 1 1/2 hours i went into the cove to get some blue gills and caught 16 nice keepers and O so many dinks but at least i went home with some fish this time
