Marinate your fish with 1/4 part orange juice, 1/4 part Italian dressing, and 1/2 water for 2 hours. Place your filets on a broiler pan with lightly coated pam or olive oil. Use Lawry's season salt, cilantro, parsley, pepper, and lemon pepper. Add lemon slices on top if desired. Place on a hot grill 400+ for 10-17 mins depending on the thickness of the filets.

my favorite way to cook/eat fish... unless its sushi! :lol:
