Caulk removal

I want to redo the caulk at the back of my boat witch is fiberglass and wonder if there is a better way than scraping

Use a heat gun, a scraper and elbow grease.

Depends on what you are doing? There are many different types of caulk and all have their uses but it depends on location and the reasoning behind it.

Yep 3M 5200 below the water line and 4200 above the waterline
