If Kevin isn't interested call BW Customs. He does a lot of Aluminum boat work. I'm sure he'd be interested. Granted it's in Sodus, but he does great work.

Painting bare aluminum requires an acid primer first, then a finish coat. Read up on "painting aluminum".

How did you prep it?

What was the condition of the paint before you started?  Mine has a good amount of chaulking.
