I would contact your local county legislators for those people and Captains who would like to start fishing on May 15th. Bob Duffy is helping to make this decision in the FLX area which is the Rochester area. Punch up 2020 County Legislators and tell them to help us with this May 15th opening. We will be continuing to be safe in all aspects of this nasty virus aboard our boats.
