Not sure if you are talking walleye rigs or stuff like laker three ways.

 

The walleye three-ways I wind up on small styrofoam blocks minus the weight. For lake trout rigs I add the three-way swivel to the existing swivel snap, have a dropper line with weight already made up and attach that and the attractor, spoon or other item to the back  (horizontal) ring so all the components are stored separately.
