When does nearshore bite end?

A few years into the spring nearshore action for me and I am wondering when the main bite from 20' and in

typically winds down?

Depends on temp. As long as it’s low 60’s or less, subject to water color, it should hold fish.

It all depends on the year.  Two years ago, the kings were inside of 100' of water the entire season (except a couple days when we had upwelling).
