Throttle control opinions for I/O

Is there any fine thottle control options for boats that troll on the main I/O mercruiser.

 A properly tuned mercruiser setup with a clean carb should be able to get you near walleye speed if the motor isn't too big. If the that doesn't work 1 or 2 Amish Outfitter trolling bags are your best option depending on the size of your boat.
