Otter boat problem solved.

Anyone that has run otter boats has had problems with them catching every weed and stick in the lake.
I found a fix I took. 043" stainless leader wire (#19) ran from noise to bottom front of the keel with ss screws. On the nose I used a ss screw with a little 5 minute epoxy in the foam.
It keeps 95 % of the weeds and sticks off. Have fun.

Did you use 2 wires? One for the full keel and one for the half keel or just one wire to the full keel?

IF YOU HAVE 2 KEELS ON EACH FULL AND HALF YOU NEED A WIRE ON EACH KEEL  4 TOTAL PORT AND STARBOARD
