Pauline lead core off of boards what release works best? Can I use just a standard planer board release or is it lead to heavy

I use Clippers releases and they work mint on shorter cores...
10 color I might use a rubber band half hitched on the backing then put rubber band into the release.

I use two Weldon pad releases per line on anything longer than 4 colors. A single Weldon Pad per 4 colors or less. Bury the braid 3/4 into the pad.

Alan- stop at the boat I'll give you a few Scotty's to try out.

I use lauvrick releases on 10 color bury it deep. I havnt had problems since I used a section of heavy mono in between braid backer and lead/
