Hemlock or Candice?

Was looking to see if anyone ever messed around at these lakes. I've got a 14ft deep v with a 9.9 so I'm good on the boat restrictions over there. I'm interested in trolling. Was looking for a change of scenery. Thanks in advance.

I’d go with Hemlock if you want rainbows. Troll thermocline or slightly below or above. Canadice if you want lakers. Focus on bottom for lakers.

I would go with Hemlock way better lake very good fishing

Thanks to both of you. I read somewhere that permits we required from the city of Rochester to fish these lakes. Is it true?

No permit required anymore.   Permit was a requirement back before ~2010 when the City of Rochester still owned the land; it's now State Forest.  

 

I'll echo what the others say - Canadice for lakers, Hemlock for Rainbows.
