The wind/wave buoy mid lake off Roch is a good source of current conditions in case no one gets back to you. 
The combination And trajectories of nominal wave height:

We are still out. Really calmed down almost to nothing.  Kings are biting between 100-250 right out in front. Biggest is 18 pounds. Tons steelhead and smaller Kings as well.
