Fished Friday evening. Things started slow until I figured them out. We didn’t move our first rod for 1.5 hours then it was on. We did 3 doubles and a quad all with just over an hour and twenty minutes.

I worked waters just west of the chute between 140-210 with the 190-210 line being best for me. Riggers down 85, 100, and 110. Chinook divers out 190, 210, 225, high diver out 345 and a 500 copper. We ended the night 7 for 12 with 8 bites coming off meat and the rest flies.

While in 200’ I was approached

By NYS DEC along with Border patrol. They were nice enough To troll along with me and ask me some questions instead of making me pull everything and tie up to me. Satisfied they wished us luck and off they went.
