1988 OMC Sea Drive Rear Main Seal Problem

Hi....I have a 120Hp Omc Sea Drive....Last summer I replaced the rear main seal in the lower unit .In the Fall I went to change the lower unit oil and found it was still leaking water in ....My Question is .Does any one know what the proper torqe pounds should be for the bolts that hold the seal housing in place behind the prop....Thanks for any help you can give Mick-Fish
