Accessibility of Sodus launch

Can anyone tell me if the launch is clear at Sodus? I may venture out this weekend.

The launch at the coastie station would be the only one open. Need to be careful of ice if your heading out to the lake as the chute can get plugged with ice chuncks with a southerly wind. Bay is open only on the north side of the point.
