Marine GPS Apps for Android Phones or Tablets

Does anyone use a marine GPS App for your phone or tablet? Rather than buy a GPS plotter, I was thinking about purchasing an App, like the Navionics.App for my tablet. Would appreciate any input as to suggestions and comments about using them. Thanks.

Navionics is great, as long as you have cel service, something to think about. It has 1' contour maps and seems very accurate.
