Launching at Cayuga Today (Sunday)?

If I get over to the lake at 12 or so will I be able to get in at T-Falls? I heard the bubbler was not working yesterday- were people able to get on the water eventually without it? Any info would be helpful!

Treiman is open at the south end Cornell and Ithaca collages have had the crew boats out as far as the drop. Lake still is low.
