I just removed an ap-12 simrad autopilot from my boat. I used it to fish the day before I removed it. I update to a full garmin system. This a system pictured in the manual. $800 or best offer

Here a picture of the components. This is for a cable steer and its has dash control and manual.

Does it connect to a lowrance unit or just keeps at a heading you direct? Is there a head unit or dash mount for settings?

It has a nema 0183 connection. If your lowrance has 0183 port it may. My garmin did and it displayed track and steering information.

Does it I believe its a lowrance HDS 7 gen 2..Sounds like it should work.
