Wanted Looking for a 21-23' walk around

Hey all, going to be looking for a larger boat for the next season, 21-23'. My budget will be 10-15k possibly a bit higher for the right boat.
I'd love to be able to find something mechanically solid that I could build on and upgrade. 
As the season is almost over I'm in no rush to buy anything so I don't mind waiting for the right boat.
Please don't bother if the boat has issues with hull/transom/stringers, I've learned from previous issues and this time I'm going to pay to have my next boat inspected so I can feel confident about putting money into it to make it the way I want.

Good thing I got a survey - transom and stringers as well as bulkhead had moisture and rot.

I think most anything from the 80's or even 90's is gonna have rot if it has wood

Yea I think I'm going to have to up my budget and find something newer. He was able to push a screwdriver through the bulkhead

My sea swirl striper has no wood below the rub rail, all composite. Several other manufacturers have done the same, some back to the early 2000’s

Owner found that the bulkhead was rotted Still looking! - May have to significantly raise my budget to find something worth keeping for the next 10-15yrs
