When is too late to fish staging kings???

I have a trip planned to olcott sept 25-27. Is this too late to fish stagers?

I caught my last king last year on sept 30th in 18ft of water. However that was in Mexico not Olcott. That said, everything seems to be a couple weeks behind so it may just work out for you.

All depends. 2 years ago we finished our season last weekend of sept and had our best 2 days by far.
