Yes.  But you have to find them.  Once you do, it can be really good.  I usually fish most of my stuff above the 50 degree water.  This time of the year can be some of the best steelhead fishing Lake O has to offer.

I buzzed out N of Hedges this PM and trolled the 370 to 430 depth. Temp was down at 70' so set the riggers at 60'-65' and varied a bit around there. Marked a fair amount of fish and had some chasing the lures but no solid hits. Had one release but it was just after getting the line down and I think it was my error.
