This is a rock solid performer on Lake Erie, always got us home safely from chasing Walleyes. We are upgrading to a larger boat or we would be fishing it for the next several years. I have taken very good care of this boat, I purchased it used in fall of 2014. Boat is in water now ready for a viewing, going into storage soon.

Great boat for lake O. I have the same thing. Runs great in heavy waves for its size. Looks like you have solved my only complaint, the fishboxes filling with water. Any info on the fishbox seals would be appreciated.

Did you get an answer on stopping the water in the fishboxes?

I have similar boat. It’s not an issue, these boats have pumps for each fish box. Water can be easily pumped out.

Sometimes it works out for fish... I remember once I caught a coho, I put it in fish box, it had water in it due to rain. After a few minutes it revived. I heard it splashed around so much I released it. It gained back its energy and was good to go!

You are correct about pumps in the fishboxes but that doesn't stop them from filling when you are not there to pump them out. For example, I was trailering in the rain and when I arrived at the lake , 230 miles, the boxes were filled so I was towing a few hundred lbs of water. Not good.

I know this boat is not available, but I have the same boat in a 24 foot version and was wondering where I could get a rocket launcher like your boat had installed on it.

Thanks!
