Sodus bay boat launch?

Hi all just wondering if any of the launches around sodus bay are accessible at the moment to launch an 18 foot boat. These warm days coming up shouldn’t make ice too much of an issue.

Launch on 14 is open, but it's not in great shape with the low water. Coast Guard launch is closed from road construction.
