BAHA GLE

Looking to see whats out there.

Also any owners advice on the baha gle series. Pros and cons please.

 

I'd like to get into a GLE 277 or similar. I need a trailer also.

I have a 1999 272 Fishermen. Full inboard single screw with a Merc Mag 350 in it. The nice thing with the fishermen is the open dance floor in the back. No dog house of any sort to fight around. I run the boat on Champlain & Ontario & it will handle anything i want to fish in. Top end 28 - 32 mph depending load.

The GLE i believe is the mid-engine dog house...not my favorite thing to work around.

Flashpoint you are correct the 300 Gle has the dog house as does the 299 I believe. I have the 286 SF baha wide open back end mid mount motor single screw raised floor under the hard top excellent fishing boat not super fast
23 mph but had it in huge waves several times and felt comfortable handled Great

I can run Captain, mate ,and 6 customers no problem.
However I am looking at moving up to a larger boat towards the end of this season late August early September
