Outer washer behind spool knob needed for an older electric. May have also been used on manuals. Not sure

I really appreciate you checking. Do you know how old yours are? That would give me an idea of the age of mine.

I had the same issue.  

 

I bought the more current model from Fish307.  The hole is round with flat sides.  Using a dremel, I was able to create the proper shape.  Worked for a couple of years until I sold the boat and riggers.  No reason to believe that they are not still working.

Beagler, that's exactly what I was about to do. Just figured I would ask here before I got the dremel out.
