Hemlock ice

Anyone ever ice fish hemlock lake for trout? Looking to see how the ice is and any tips guys want to give up. Thanks.

Did you ever get out there? I want to try for a laker on hemlock, but dec regulations say ice fishing hemlock illegal

Thats just at the north end. You can only shore fish the north end but there are buoy things that you can see any part of the lake south if that you can fish. Im going out today

Thanks! Dec website is a bit confusing I guess. How's the ice/ how'd the day go? Conesus was a tough bite today.

Hemlock was frozen solid didnt go out because nobody else was out there
