Twirly tip

Can I use braided/mono on a rod with a twirly tip ? I set it up with a slide diver for skinny water .

A ceramic or stainless tip would be a better solution and cause less friction and potential wear. The twilli's are usually fairly easy to remove to put a regular tip on and aren't necessary for braid use.

Ok cool will take it off I us to run wire with that rod

You will want a ceramic ring rod tip instead of stainless if you plan to run braid instead of only mono. Braid will groove a stainless rod tip over time.
