I have a 21.5 Bayliner Ceria I want to put on a 10 HP motor where can I find the right kiker plate. Is a 10 HP motor to small for the boat.

I had a 8.0 hp Honda kick on my 26ft penn Yan worked for me for years.. I just got a 9.9 Yamaha high  thrust this year
