Fished from 7:30 am to 10 am landed two browns one was 8 pounds water temp was 38 caught both fish at 15 FOW on spoons just east of the piers

How were you running the spoons?  Lightly weighted and shallow, off riggers, other?  Just wondering if fish came high, mid, or deep for 15 FOW.

Ran them 80 to 100 feet off the down rigger ball ran em 5-8 feet down
