Pine Grove launch open ?

Does anyone know if the Port Ontario, Pine Grove Launch is free of ice / open ?

I launched at Mexico on Tuesday. The water is extremely low, the lowest I have ever seen it in 40 years of fishing the area. Knowing the Pine Grove launch and using it many years I can guess it is probably useless. In average water level.it is not very deep there. Just mentioning my experience, I have not been there to see it.
