Thoughts on salt water boats?

You make the deal , put a deposit down and this is based on it passing the survey. Doesn't pass ,complete refund , something wrong,  you either negotiate it to your liking or walk. Get it in writting.

One other item to keep in mind with salt boats.  North of Jersey the boats are hauled for winter for the most part.  South of Jersey they are in the water 24/7 365 days.  It does make a difference.
