Help w helix working with ultra x

I had a ultra x I-pilot w a helix 9 installed on my boat this spring. I tried the go to feature on my graph and selected a way point…it did not prompt the motor to navigate there. I was hoping someone would have some insight on what is going wrong. Thank you!!

Actually it was an I pilot link ultrax that was installed.
