First walleye!

Went bass fishing with my son and his girlfriend yesterday Aft. Worms, drifting for bass. She hooked and landed this 28 inch walleye. It was a great moment.

 

We were in 50 feet of water after a drift about to pick up and do the drift again. Bang. 10 minute fight. 30 minute fish fry around the fire.

 

Great experience for all.

Us as well. Spent the last 3 days on the water.. big goose egg..
Water seems cold for this time of year. A well, still 3 good days on the river.
