Firedome, she’s a 1976 Hull, 88SPL is early 90’s, 9.9 Merc is a 1994. Throttle cables on Merc brand new. Hull is 100% watertight. I have a new boat lined up, so $5200 takes it if your interested.

Like the color!

I had a '76 Chieftain once , same great hull, less deep V than an Islander and easier to plane

with less motor, ours had a '76 90hp E-rude on it. GLWS.

Sorry for super late reply Kappy, never saw the message. She was in the brackish water of the Palimco sound for 8 hours and back on the trailer with full wash and motor flush. Only time she’s seen the salt to my knowledge since new. She was a Great Lakes vessel her whole life. $4700 bottom line end of season if anyone is interested before she gets shrinked for winter and re-priced in spring.

This is a great boat.. The Islander 18 is one of the best hulls Starcraft ever made.. I had one and really miss it.. It was a lightweight boat, but took rough water like a champ and was extremely stable...   Worrying if the boat was ever in salt water is absolutely absurd...  Boats  or motors that STAY in salt water might have a corrosion  issue after  many years  of staying moored in salt water.. Trailer boats that get rinsed off, and the motors flushed, are completely non distinguishable from a boat that has never seen salt water. I lived in NJ for 37 years fishing salt water , always had trailer boats, and boat motor corrosion was a complete non issue.. I will NEVER understand why upstate guys can't understand that.

This one looks VERY well cared for, and if I were in the market I wouldn't think twice about it.. This one was taken care of nicely....

Bump for spring……Ive been working like crazy and haven’t even gotten the shrink wrap off yet. $4500 will do it if she sells still wrapped/no hassle. It’s a lot of boat for $4500! Can provide videos or boat running on the water from last time it was out, end of July 2021.

Bump for nice weather! She’s still wrapped up. $4500 cash. Two running outboards with brand new floor and electrical for under $5K! Come and get it! I am looking for a little aluminum skiff for electric only lakes, so I’m open trades+cash.

Well I was hoping you were closer than that about 300 miles away I was wondering why it wasn't sold already and that's probably because if it was up in the Great Lakes area up here by Rochester it would be gone I appreciate you getting back to me but I just can't make that trip right now
