Not sure. They say Cannon on them

Thanks for the response. I was recently given a tackle box with a few of them included. Just trying to figure out their purpose.

i'm not 100% sure but looks like rubber band release. hook it to the rigger ball then half hitch a rubber band to your line then place the rubber band in the end of release. just my thoughts.
