Rochester NY shore pike fishing

Are there any places in Rochester like certain parts of the canal that have really good pike fishing or at least not with a lot of weeds

There is a fishing platform on the northwest corner of the Parkway bridge over Braddocks that would fit what you’re looking for.

Ive tried there and the other common listed spots like buck pond, black creek ect but have never had success I was hoping like on the canal or the canal ponds but the canal ponds are maxed out with weeds unless you have advice for fishing there with all the weeds, somewhere that has easy access and with not a lot of weeds or where I can get passed them
