For what? Lol..its just cause of all the rain and they opened up the dams and let a lot of dirty mud water out. We did find a nice muddy break out in 120ft on Tuesday that held a few fish.

I think there is some dredging going on around the water treatment plant by Kodak.  But I prefer Gill-T's explanation.

I was fishing it last Thursday evening with a ton of success (Not trout and salmon).

You would be correct - King's Landing. They will be dredging until the end of the year.
