I like them alot. I started with them on my dipsey rods because of the retrieval rate. The old style still holds a place in my heart that's why I 30 of them. [emoji1787]

I have them for 30 lb dipsey diver reels i love mine an have no problems so far but i did hear some charter boats saying the line guides wears from the wire over time . Most guys i know use them for rigger reels

The smaller ones that would be used for walleye are junk.  The drag can barely be heard and they tend to lock up when letting line out.  The larger ones seem to be much better.  It is still hard to beat Diawa reels.
