Back to reality fishing today. A bumpy raod and cold open lake breeze gave the day a different feel. After several hours of fishing we finally got our first bite on a black/gold thunder stick, a dandy 9# brown. Made a circle and doubled up with a coho and a 7# brown both on b/g #11 rapala. Several HOURS later we had a hard hit on a black/gold smithwick, this fish ran twice and took out all three lines on the opposite side of the boat. Thinking it was king until it came to net, a dandy 11# brown. Ended the day with another 7 pounder on a b/s thunder stick. A very nice quartet of brown trout for a day with only 6 hits. All action in front of the glass house in 10 fow.

Back to the real job until the weekend.
