sodus bay...please help

hey guys, can anyone out there help me? heading to sodus bay this sat, sun and monday april 25, 26th. first time fishing out of sodus bay, looking for some brown trout. anyone who can help or give me some ideas i would sure love it.

Out of the shoot, go East. Stick to 6-7 fow using jointed sticks. Black over gold works great. Good luck, can't wait to see the report & pics.

thank you for the info..should i use boards or not? also what time should i be up and on the water?
