Oil leak?

There’s oil weeping out the small hole in my outdrive.  Just noticed today and I’ve  never seen this before. Any thoughts?

Looks like badly burned fuel to me. But just to make sure, check your lower unit oil level and color. if it is milky or really low, you may have a problem there.

More likely though you need some carburetor fine tuning.

Seal washer on the shaft for foward and reverse .leaks out of the top and runs out of that small drain hole. Had it happen  before
