did you call fish307? they might have a part that supersedes that

Call screwy lewy in Fair Haven.   If it is the one that has 2 large, i think capacitors (black squares), on it he had them.

Yes if he can't help you your only options I know of are to find an old school TV repairman who can repair your board or to just remove the board and wire it with a switch.
